Our Story

Built on Passion and Expertise

Michelle Duckett founded Mainstay Luxury Estates in 2015 after 16 years in the automotive industry. Born and raised in Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez, she brought her entrepreneurial spirit and deep knowledge of the region to create something new: a luxury rental business that honors both the properties and the people who stay in them. Today, we manage the largest and most luxurious vacation rental and corporate retreat properties across our regions.
